If you want to change your password or username, simply click on the link at the bottom of the login page that says, "Forgot ID or Password?" You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you an email with your password.

In order to create a strong password, we recommend the following tips.

• Make your password eight characters or more
• Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters like *&$.
• Change your password at least twice a year.
• Don't use the same password for multiple accounts. Create a new password for each account.
• For your safety, don't share your password with others.
