Call Instant Checkmate’s customer service number at 1-800-222-8985. A friendly member care representative is standing by to assist you!

Cancel Online
Visit the Instant Checkmate Cancel page. Fill out the cancellation form to the right of the page. You'll need your full name, email address, and phone number.

Please be advised that your membership will not be cancelled immediately. Once you submit a cancellation request, it will be sent to a member of our customer support team. Once a member care representative receives your request, your account will be cancelled within 24-48 hours.

Please make sure you provide the same name and email address you used to create your account. This allows us to process your request as soon as possible.
